I'm still unsure why it's taking so long for recordings of my conversation to come back to the branch for this all to be looked into. With this i'm now being charged interest on my Credit Card due to having to pay out for this. I'm not happy at all.

Staff are courteous and the service done in a timely manner, but no-one picked up the oversight of not re-filling the screenwash, despite the fact I was charged for it.

They were very hard to do business with. No time slot was offered for us was made so we had to wait in a queue when we arrived. The seal on the window had been shown to the Salesperson one week after purchase yet 8 weeks later no one had contacted us

It was for a call in ordered by BMW. We were told they needed the car for a couple of hours. But on the first day they just confirmed the call in work needed doing, but they had to order the parts. Work was completed next day and was returned clean

Would have given 5 stars but the video was not the usual inspection of the car but some pre-recorded bmw video clip. More expensive than i expected.

I had 3 issues with the car: radiator grill not closing, headlight function and clicking with the rear wiper. The rear wiper issue wasn't addressed and I was promised a call back. This call didn't happen.

It was an Oil Service and I had some mudflaps fitted. It took a little longer than expected (3 hours) and I think a progress update after 90 mins would be good as I was sitting in the showroom waiting. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

Shocked at cost levied to replace a front parking bulb. £50 incl of vat apex. Whilst I gave permission to do the work I was not quoted a price prior to the work being undertaken.

They replaced headlight under insurance claim, and they could not adjust the headlight. They told me that it was correctly positioned when it was not. Had to have a non BMW align the headlight for me. Also the customer service was terrible!
