Although the sales rep, Phillip Cuffe, who served me only joined BMW on the day I purchased my car, he was very patient in finding out and explaining to me how various functionalities work. I was particularly impressed with his after-sale service.

The car was damaged by the dealership just prior to collection. It is now away being repaired. This ruined the collection experience and was very disappointing. Once the car has been repaired it will no longer feel new.

Group 1 BMW Stansted went above and beyond to diagnose and rectify the issue with my car. I was also given a loan vehicle while my car was being repaired which helped enormously.

Rather than have my representations escalated to a more senior member of the service/managment team I was afforded a 'computer says no' customer experience - given the premium customers pay for the AUC program, this isn't good enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was kept updated throughout the day. Work was completed to a very high standard and car was cleaned and returned to me in very good condition. Video health check was good.

Everything was well organized. Despite arriving at the showroom a lot earlier than agreed, I wasn't made to wait. Very helpful sales staff indeed.
